In addition, Beatriz is a well-respected Yoga and Pilates teacher who has helped numerous individuals improve their physical and mental well-being. With a passion for holistic health, Beatriz is also a licensed Art Therapy & Counselling, helping people address emotional and spiritual challenges, while combining modalities to achieve the best possible outcome to her clients. Beatriz' broad range of skills and experience combined are all dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential and live their best lives.
